$90 per provider/per month. - You sign a one year agreement and the fees are as follows : $90.00 monthly flat fee for unlimited claims (One Provider) - Irregardless of type (Medicare, Medicaid, BC/BS, Champus, Commercial, etc.) . $.55 for each paper claim (if the carrier does not accept electronic, RelayHealth will print it on paper and mail it to the carrier for the cost of postage) - - Note: The monthly unlimited claim pricing is not applicable to Billing Services, Part-Time Providers, Laboratory and Radiology practices. Per claim pricing will apply at 0.40 per claim -Call for other itemized fees -
